At the Eagles' Perch, we've taken care of every detail to ensure your stay is nothing short of exceptional. Here's a closer look at what awaits you at our serene retreat:
- 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a maximum total occupancy of 8
- Living room and all bedrooms have Smart TVs and high-speed internet/5G Wifi
- All bedrooms have ceiling fans, sound machines, night lights and power strips
- Guest Room 1, The Coral Room, has a King bed and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower
- Guest Room 2, The Sailboat Room, has a Queen bed and a Twin daybed with Twin trundle bed (small adult or children only) and an en suite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower
- Guest Room 3, The Lighthouse Room, has a Queen bed and bathroom with a shower/tub (door can be locked to make en suite)
- Modern kitchen with a double oven, gas stove, refrigerator with a regular ice maker and one that makes spheres
- Ample supply of dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, knives, pots & pans, mixing bowls, baking ware, roasting pan, and Pyrex bowls

- Deck box with all-terrain beach cart, chairs, umbrella, mat, boogie boards, inflatables and beach toys
- There are a variety of board games, playing cards and poker chips in the Living Room cabinet
- Pack-n-Play, booster chair and umbrella stroller are available in the Sailboat Room closet
- Yoga mat, body roller, foam kneeling pad and 12-pound weights available in the Lighthouse Room closet
- Our home is a wonderful space for families, but please note it has not been baby or toddler-proofed. We ask parents to closely supervise little explorers during their stay. There are inherent hazards such as but not limited to uncovered outlets, fireplace/screen in living room, step stool in kitchen, lamps and low cabinets.
- There are starters of dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee pods for Keurig, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and laundry soap
- Community has shared heated pool, hot tub and charcoal grill (BBQ utensils stored in kitchen)

Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
95.5% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €218 is held on 0 days before arrival and voided on 2 days after departure
Notes
Age Requirement: Palm Court Yacht Club does not allow groups of renters under the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. Violations are subject to eviction and rental fees will not be refunded.
Payment Types: Preferred method of payment is Zelle. This is fast, free, and secure. The system will automatically charge the credit card fee, but this amount will be reimbursed by the owner if Zelle is used. Use of credit card will be subject to a non-refundable 4.5% increase on the total amount due.
Reservation Cancellations and/or Changes Further Defined:
1) Notice greater than 60 days: Deposit and all rent will be returned less a 4.5% non-refundable credit card fee (if applicable).
2) Notice between 30 days and 60 days: Full deposit lost. Any paid rent will be refunded.
3) Notice less than 30 days: Full deposit and rent lost. An attempt will be made to re-rent the unit during your scheduled reservation. If successful, your rent will be returned. If unit must be discounted in order to obtain a renter at the last minute, the issued refund will be the amount of the new rental.
4) Cancellations or early departures due to inclement weather or beach conditions does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
Hurricane or Storm Policy:
1) No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation for our specific area.
2) For days the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a “Hurricane Warning Area,” you will be refunded:
- Any unused portion of rent from departing earlier than scheduled due to the mandatory evacuation
- Any unused portion of rent from delaying arrival until the mandatory evacuation is lifted
- Any rent for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period
